CUPBOARD STOCKING
We can stock your cupboard for you if you require. Send a list of what you will need and we will send you a cost sheet itemizing all the costs.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Confirmed booking will be acknowledged by return email (or facsimile).
Minimum and Long Term Stay is negotiable. Long Term stay is from 4 weeks and more.
Our rates include 12.5% Value Added Tax.

Check In Time: 12pm
Check Out Time: 10am
Early Check In and Late Check Out: Within 6 hours, add $30. Outside of this, add an extra day.

TRANSFERS
We can arrange transfers for you if you require.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
To confirm your booking, we require a 2-night deposit. We accept cash, Visa and Master Card with all details: Name, Card Type, Number, and Expiry Date. Our fax number is 682 21960. We also need your flight arrival and departure details: Flight Number and Time.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit is refunded in full if cancellation is received before 30 days of arrival date.
Cancellation received within 30 days of the booked arrival date, your deposit is not refunded unless we manage to sell these nights.
Cancellation received 7-14 days before arrival date, a fee of 3 nights is payable to The Beach Lodge.
Cancellation from 0–7 days before arrival date, a full payment of the whole stay is required.
